Enjoyed our little zoom meeting last evening. I met about half the people who are going on the trip. They said there are about 20, so it’s a small group. That will be good. . . I won’t have so many names to remember.
I’m getting everything in order for the trip. I am already packed. I’ve packed, unpacked, repacked, etc., and checked my lists. I hope I don’t forget anything. I’m trying not to overpack, and I am certainly taking less than I took to the British Isles two years ago. In fact, I bought a smaller suitcase and really tried I pare it down. I’m getting too old to manhandle luggage, so that was a big factor.
Brendon was diagnosed with Cushings a few weeks ago and he’s been on medication for that since then. He was retested last week to see if the dose is doing the job completely, but since his vet is out of town this week, I won’t know the results of that till next week. But he’s doing well on the meds, so I’m hopeful he’s “in the zone.”
